When I needed multiple plumbing projects completed including a water heater, pressure valve, toilet repairs and a recirculating pump I sought out bids from a major plumbing company locally. I was shocked at how high their bid was and researched other plumbers in NWA, Moretto Plumbing stood out by far in the reviews as one of the best. Moretto' Plumbing's bid ended up half of the other bids.
Now that my projects are complete I am impressed with Moretto Plumbing quality of work, communication, timeliness and cost. They are definitely a 5 star Plumbing Company. I am also using them now in our primary bathroom remodel.

We had a water leak inside our wall, coming from the washing machine drain. We were quoted from another plumbing company that it would be a four or five hour job and the quote was more than we expected but realize that it may be a tough job. We were charged $86 for the estimate. Thankfully, we got another quote from Jack at Moretto Plumbing. He came right out and gave us an estimate (no charge) for one quarter the price of the other company and half the time required for the job. It was a blessing that we called Moretto. Additionally, as a result of the leak being between the wall, we had a small mold issue. Jack provided a contact to assist. Above and beyond is how we would describe our experience with Jack and Moretto Plumbing.
I got up this morning and realized our hot water heater had leaked out all over our wood floors and tile. I called Moretti Plumbing and they came and replaced our hot water heater within a few hours time. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs. Very professional.
No water, been this way since the Tornado a week and a half ago.
Got Electricity back 2 days past, roads in all cleared out.

Called this morning, early. Had a quick response.
In less than one and a half hours, I had clear running water in all faucets, flush toilets, and a working shower.
All was neat and tidy.
Paul, the fixer, kept the extra water contained as he worked.
He worked with a sense of purpose, no straying from the job.
No muss, no fuss.
Expected a huge bill, especially since he was at my house less than an hour after I called.
Total was $230.00, including parts that he had to make a run to get.
I am very happy with the work and the price.
I'm saving the number, if there is a 'next time'.
Had a leak repaired in front yard and water heater replaced for half of what other guys wanted. Would highly recommend Jack's company for all your plumbing needs.
I bought a new water heater last week, but I couldn't install it on my own. I can't even lift that thing! This is why I contacted this plumbing company and they did everything right! I now have access to hot water whenever I need to.
